Unmanageable population growth is not a demographic dividend

Well friends, I just read human population on earth will touch 9.6 billion by the middle of this century. Is there any space to accommodate such a large chunk of population? One of the most interesting events that we witnessed in the beginning of this year is the lifting of the ban by China on its one child policy per couple. It can directly be linked to India's population that's going to surpass China in another decade. Some people may call India to have a demographic dividend. Same is there with China. This theory says if the people in the age group of 15 to 35 constitute major part of the entire population, that country is poised to push its GDP to a continuing higher trajectory since the age group mentioned is the one that creates wealth and is the working class. I accept this theory to some extent. Countries in Europe are aging that means there are less people in the working age group and more in the post retirement age. Well as I discussed, less working population means less contribution to the GDP and so they are witnessing a decline and recession in their economies. Therefore they are now trying to promote more birth rate to their young couples and also resorting to opening their doors for immigrants.
Having said all this we have to look on the other gloomy picture with this increasing population. Inch by inch we are exploiting mother earth to live, to cultivate, to industrialize and to entertain. The exploitation is at the extent that there is no food to the poor, not much drinking water available from the available resources. Think about shelter, food, drinking water, sanitation, health, education, employment among many other things - will the burgeoning population growth can sustain? Reservation, pollution, discrimination, corruption, fundamentalism, radicalism etc are some of the biggest problems that we are unable to answer even today. How can we address the bigger problems along with these existing ones that will multiply to unimaginable levels in the coming decades?
Asian, American and African nations where the population is increasing astronomically will not be able to sustain this population pressure. No logic, no ethics, no system can work under such an extreme emergency. We are into real trouble.
All the nations need to bring a policy to contain this population forcefully. Don't think about the demographic dividend or the religious sentiments today. Strict policy to limit the birth rate to one person one couple have to be implemented if the disaster has to be averted otherwise doom's day is not too far.
