There are now floods of sexual assault charges on celebrities and people who are holding high posts in Corporate houses, Central and State Governments. Even people in Judiciary are facing these charges. Many of these allegations are made on them after a long time gap of the alleged occurrence of assault, some times even after months or few years. I don't understand if that sexual assault was done then, why the victim did not turn up with the charges at that time? I think hardly any body including Media asks this question to those who put these allegations on others after a gap of such long periods. Whether the alleged person was really involved or he has been falsely implicated, at the first instance due to such allegations, his reputation in public is tarnished and undergoes irreparable damages. Even after the courts discharge them of those allegations, their reputation in society can not be restored. Law makers should give a serious thought on this and should amend the laws accordingly so that due to personal vendetta, the existing laws are not misused.
